**Terms and Conditions for Mobile Detailing Service** **Scope of Service: ** Our mobile detailing service provides comprehensive cleaning and detailing for both the exterior and interior of vehicles. We operate at locations designated by the client for their convenience. The range of services available may vary based on the package selected by the client and as agreed upon during the booking process. It's important to note that prices may be adjusted depending on the condition of the vehicle. **Booking and Cancellation: ** Clients are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking, including details about the vehicle type, service location, and desired services. To secure an appointment, a $50 deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service and will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled without proper notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. With a 72-hour notice, we have the opportunity to fill the vacant spot with another client. However, any cancellation made inside the 72-hour window will result in a $50 fee per vehicle canceled. It's important to understand that this fee is necessary to compensate our employees who may be unable to work due to the cancellation(s). In situations where we need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment malfunctions, clients will be notified, and every effort will be made to accommodate their needs. **Access to Vehicles: ** Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service location provides safe and legal access for our team to perform detailing services. Additionally, clients must ensure that their vehicles are accessible and that any personal belongings are removed prior to our team's arrival. **Payment: ** Payment for our services is due upon completion, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon methods. Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request for record-keeping purposes. **Liability: ** While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during our detailing services, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur.
