CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. With a 72-hour notice, we have the opportunity to fill the vacant spot with another client. However, any cancellation made inside the 72-hour window will result in a $50 fee per vehicle canceled. It's important to understand that this fee is necessary to compensate our employees who may be unable to work due to the cancellation(s).
